The Viper-jet-200 is and has been the best selling jet washer in the automotive aftermarket. First introduced in 1987 with its' hallmark,
octagonal door, the V-200 is now a 4th generation design.
When the doors of the V-200 and V-300 are open, 55% of the turntable is exposed, allowing parts to be conveniently loaded by hand or with a hoist.
The Viper-jet-300 is for truck repair centers that need to clean parts as large as a diesel engine
block. This jet washer has a 37" diameter, 1500 lbs. capacity turntable and 60" of inside working height.
The V-200 and V-300 have special spray manifolds that swing down in the horizontal position to effectively clean small parts.
The Viper-jet-50 strikes an incredible balance between size,
payload, and convenience. Requiring just 41" from front to back (up against the wall/lid open) this jet washer can still hold a 500 lb. part. The sides of the cabinet sweep downward so that the loading edge is just 38" off the ground and only 16" above the turntable. The "SSB-22" option allows you to hand clean with the same recirculated solution.
